About Me

I am a software developer and love creating and learning in the world of code. For me, software development meets in the middle somewhere between engineering and art. Coding is a place where my technical ability and creativity meet which is highly fulfilling and rewarding. I love to see a finished product after the work it takes to build an application. I enjoy improving existing code and I especially enjoy working with other developers and learning from their breadth of knowledge through collaboration.

I transitioned into software development from finance and business operations where I directed the financial operations of a local $1M+/yr company. I enjoyed my interactions with customers, fellow employees, & helping my company reach milestones. I made the move into software development for the opportunity of growth and am excited to grow in this field.

I am an Idaho native and love exploring the great outdoors. Fishing, four-wheeling, backpacking... it's how I grew up!

Reading is one of my favorite hobbies.

I'm a plant lady. I certainly don't have enough house plants, though.
